Hacking EURO ROM for R4 DS

sorry, i'm new to this NDSL and R4 DS and basically i dont know anything about downloading ROMs, so i have some stupid questions

Does anyone know if the R4 DS could play EURO ROMs? Is EURO mean that the game is not in English? also, when i was searching for the ROM, i found that after each game title, there's something like (j) (E) (U) (I), what are those mean? Im thinking maybe is the language of the game? sorry, i have a lot of questions. Thanks!!

R4 can play any rom with the .nds exstension, despite the language

E = Europe - as in most european languages e.g. french, spanish, italian, german, english (as in the UK). Usually the game will come in a number of different languages Some releases are versions of a game specific for one country, e.g. (I) would be for italy/the italian language only.

J = Japan

U = USA

There are some games such as Sonic which had a japanse version with the english language as an option.

In case you're wondering, other languages are:

S - Spanish
F - French
G - Gherman
K - Korean

There's probably more, but I can't think of them at the moment.
