Homebrew Eu eshop on Aus console?

is this possible even with Hans I want to buy AVGN Adventures but for some unknown reason it only went on the EU store and not AU.

AU consoles are the same as EU and should have EU eShop, since AU falls under Europe for historical reasons, your eShop is EU, but it could be that the game is already released in some EU countries, or whole Europe exluding AU

I can't find it to have been rated over here only on steam years ago not for 3ds/Wii U

Possible yes, but you'll have to unlink your NNID and make a new EUR one to do it. Before NNID was introduced to the 3DS it was possible to just change the region in the system settings but if you do that with a NNID linked you'll be unable to use the eShop until you change back.

and i probably wouldnt be able to play it after i linked my NNID back to my region lol

Is it possible to unlink/relink NNIDs without having to format everything? As far as I recall, you can only do it by formatting the firmware.
