OP hasn't been seen in almost two years, couples of links in the first post broken, etc.

Are there any objections to me removing this thread and replacing it with one that consists of a few static links to AKAIO skin-holding sites in general and filetrip's skin section? Like, would anybody like to manage this thread (in this style) in OP's place instead of me reducing it to that?

Most of the downloads appear to be working for me though some really old ones go to the filetrip 404 page, maybe try archive.org for those. For the dead links you've found before you might also have luck with archive.org.
