Hacking Eshop on serial spoofed n3ds

Is it possible to access the eshop on a japan 3ds that has been serial changed to a Na 3ds?

I wish! I'm in the same situation with a JP n3DS that's been serial changed to US, and so far there really hasn't been a solution for it.

I have a region swapped N3DS, and i cant use the eshop even with the secureinfoA file swapped, because even though it says its US now, it still has the ID of my old 3ds that i used as a donor. We cant change the info in secureinfoA because encryption.
