Today i got a Brand new 2ds XL went home and set it up all is well, my cartridge games work however when i bought a DSiWare game and try to play it all I get is a white screen (doesnt show a splash screen or anything just an instant white screen) from there I can return home and that is it. The game is Sudoku (Yes i tried deleting the game and re-downloading it multiple times). Other than setting up the 2ds and playing the cartridge game for a bit nothing else has been done to the system.
