If it doesn't work please post a System Check to see what you have installed.

I ran the sys check and it got a large red X, saying Failed to get the stored TMD size for IOS4 and, closed

vWii is a different beast. Do not use ModMii for vWii. Use the link above for the vWii guide. I modded my WiiU a few years ago using that exact guide. If it is the guide you used, go through it again to make sure you didn't overlook anything. Good Luck

I've uploaded the IOS236 installer i used for vWii if you want to give that a shot.

The more I've read about this error, I may have found a solution.

1. Open Wii Mod Lite>Click Any Title Manager.
2. This is for advanced options>Are you sure you want to continue>(A) Yes
3. Any Title Manager>System Titles>
Scroll to IOS 249>Delete.

Exit WiiMod Lite. Use above link to download vWii beta52.zip installer. Extract to "apps" folder on your SD card & install beta52 to base 56, slot 249. Install beta52 to base 57, slot 250.
Install beta52 to base 58, slot 251.

I would also run 236 Installer to finish. Good Luck

Thank you for trying to help me this didn't fix my problem, buttttt I have found a way to do what I was trying to do a different way thanks!

Good news, you have your problem fixed. It would be helpful, if you could Post what you did "Exactly" to fix the error. I'm guessing you stopped using a Flash Drive. Regardless, when you start a topic "Conversation" for HELP, then bolt. WOW dude.
