well, usenet was a dud. who can't use yenc power post or whatever is used now to upload stuff to usenet? I've done it. you can even check percentage of the file to be recoverable via par files. it takes longer to upload them, but they save a lot of trouble. I think whoever uploaded this one game didn't make any par files like an idiot.

I am not familiar with all sources you mentioned above. As I am NOT a tech guru. I need a simple help from a tech guy to solve this issue, which should not take longer then 10 minutes in real life.

I hope, someone will step forward very soon.

I have tried to add multiple files into wii backup manager. it does scan files but it does not show or let me to transfer them into usb drive

OK,I am in again with this Tool.:)

The Source File was a Filename.nkit.gcz File.

- Please start the NKit Processing App
- Drap and Drop the Filename.nkit.gcz File on the left Window
- On the right Window please choose "Convert to ISO"
- Uncheck "Calculate Hashes" and "Full Verify"
- Choose "Process"
- Finished, you can now use the created .iso File in the Wii Backup Manager.

Good Luck.:)

I am very,very sorry.
I have to look again on it.:)

Thanks according to youtube video, one has to upload these files into wii backup manager than transfer into usb path. but unfortunately, this process is NOT working in my case.

I must be missing something......

The xxxxx, nkit.iso Format is intended for the "Dolphin" Emulator.

So,I have tried it now:

Used an xxxxx.nkit.iso File now.

- Choose "Convert to ISO" please.
- Uncheck "Full verifiy" and "Calculate Hashes" please.
- Choose Process

Please look in the Summary Messages in the right Window where the File is stored now.

Good Luck.:)

Thank you for Trying.:)

It is really Hard to say,but maybe the downloaded "Stuff" is the Issue.....
If I may suggest please, maybe search with Google for something like "wii redump nkit" or have a "Look" on archive.org.
....these are maybe "more useable and useful",if you want to use the NKit Format.

Good Luck.:)

I have used many different websites to download contents but nothing seems to work. I think, I might have issues with wii backup managers settings somewhere....

The WiiBackup Manager is known as very reliable.
If the Wii ISO/WBFS File is not ok,then you can not proceed/successful transfer it.
I am pretty sure, your Settings are ok.But to get sure, please can you make Screenshots of it please ?

From "General","Titles" and "FAT32/NTFS" please.

Thank you.:)

if that app doesn't work, I'd suggest redownloading them from somewhere else. it shouldn't be hard to find wii games. there's probably hundreds of sites with them.

The nkit is a extracted ISO format, Wii backup manager and Wii aren't compatible with this format, You need to restore the ISO but to do that you need to get the original extracted data, i can't post links but in the page where nkit games are you can download the nkit program with the extracted data from all games and only then you can restore the ISO

You have solved my problem partially. As Wii backup manager transfer files with RAR extensions only. But unfortunately most of download ROMS are .7z.

Secondly, is there any way, that I can bring some games or USB Loader at front desk top?

Thirdly, can I download games on my 2TB HDD and attach it with my Wii Console, as I can download tons of games on it.
