Hacking Error while downgrading to 9.2

I was downgrading my N3ds from 9.9 to 9.2, at some point it gave me an error and forced me to shut down the console and I ended up in 9.2, but now Gateway and emuNand9 wont boot for me and keep sending me back to the homebrew launcher, should I try to downgrade again even though I am in 9.2?

You have an incomplete downgrade. You need to downgrade again.

Next time post in an existing thread. No need for all these new threads for just an answered question.

Should I try to downgrade to 9.2 again then? because I cant upgrade to 10.4 to make the downgrade again
