Error Uart 80871061

Dear masters. On the EDM030 set-top box, the UART showed error 80871061. This error occurs after clicking the Start button. Here I was prompted that this is an SSD controller error. Tell me what values should be on the data transmission lines marked in the photo in the diode measurement mode.

I took measurements on the ringing of the diodes, minus the probe on the housing. It turned out to have strange results.

Readings in diode mode should be aprox 290 mV at all eight lines. Red probe on ground and black at the lines.

On the SSD controller side the readings are aprox 550mV.

I removed the apu and took measurements on the same pins of the ssd controller lines. They have the values that I indicated in the photo, and one pin on the other side of the board has a ground resistance of 2 ohms. Do I understand correctly that the APU is faulty? What can be done now? Can I buy and change an APU?

The APU on its own can not be changed. If you change the APU, the married SSD flash ics, security chip and nor data must swapped with the APU.
The datalines to the ssd controller shouldn't have low resistance and should read all aprox the same.
The caps on the back of the APU are low resistance and are very close to 0 Ohms.
