Hacking "ERROR! (ret = -116)" when trying to network install cIO

...S revs 14 and 15. I don't really even want 15 installed, I mostly tried it to see if it would even work. I've been able to install many cIOS's prior to this error, so I don't know what's wrong. I've got a softmodded 4.0U with rev 13.

(I'm installing as IOS249, I can only assume that this default option is what I should be doing?)

ps it freezes when I get the error

Edit: I managed to correctly do the WAD installation, but I'm still curious as to why the network one wasn't working. Anyone?

the error is:

the Apps require an Internet connection! But for some reason they are only receiving a limited or no connection at all!
