Homebrew Error making custom theme

Maybe it's Usagi or maybe it's theme plaza, but whenever I try to make a theme with music, it says that
The submission has one or more issues:
  • Invalid Theme BGM uploaded.
However, the theme bgm is correct and is also correctly formatted. I don't know what to do. Attached files here. bgm.wav is the wav format of the theme music. Also, it has happened with another theme I tried to make too. Could someone tell me what's wrong?
