Hacking error installing wup game

i installed a few already but this game wont install. i tried redownloading game too from wii usb helper too


i downloaded lego movie game but always get error i took the @ symbol out too and same thing.

i get this error

install of title 0000000-00000000 failed
error: mcp installgetinfo 0xFFFCFFFEA
Confirm complete WUP files are in folder Try power down.

Copy it to your SD card using WiiU USB Helper's 'Copy To SD' button and allow it to verify. Restart the WiiU. Install again.

it worked through installing to sd why is that?

The @ symbol might not have been the only odd character in the folder name.
