Hacking Error installing a wad with injected .dol

I used injectuwad to inject a .dol into a blank channel. When I try to install it with the WadManager I get an "Error installing ticket... (ret = -4100). What can I do to fix this?

My Wii is 3.2E and other wads install perfectly fine.

The Same thing happens to me... and it's with the backup channels of the thread in this forum :/

I changed the PC and now it works. Try it on another PC if you have access to one.

Your problem is that you have updatet your Wii recently. Read this: http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=112945

No I did not. If you read my first post again you will see that my Wii is 3.2E
