Hacking error e-80558325

I'm getting the e-80558325 error code when trying to transfer to Vita games from my PS3. I have activated both devices.
Anyone else having the same problem?
PCH-2016 no memory card (only internal 1 gb)

Guys on Reddit are saying is an activation problem. They fixed it by rebooting the system do you can try that. Other wise maybe try deactivating and then reactivating...

correct.
1) formating didn't help
2)rebooting & deactivating (have to go to psn settings with henkaku ;-//) and activating helped.

ps. earlier psv was activated by homebrew "vita activator" and now i have 2 vitas activated on my account ;-) well fuck it. as long as it works i don't care.
