Homebrew Error downloading HiyaCFW

Whenever I try and download HiyaCFW to my memory card it completes but the console says "Open ERROR: Can not open the file as [FAT] archive" and nothing changes in the sd card directory I put the sd card in my dsi and HiyaCFW and twilight launcher don't show up is there a way to fix this?
