Hacking Error downgrading Wii

Well guys, thats the 3rd time i'm downgrading my Wii, the other 2 times run OK when i was with 3.3v2, now i'm trying to downgrade 3.4 with EmperorOfcanada's tutorial, when i run IOS Downgrader everything runs smoothly, except the last file that gives an error (something like (-1), so after this i run cIOS Downgrader, i choose 3.2U but when it is finishing, i get an error "/tmp/0000001e" and the installation fails.

Please help guys !
