Hacking Error dowloading cheat file ?

Hello !
I don't know if this is the right place to put this question, so if it's wrong just say where it's supposed to stand !
But anyway, when I try to update my cheat database (cheat.xml) it says :
'Error downloading file'
I need to have cheat.dat because usrcheat.dat doesn't work for me and I don't know where I can download it anywhere else.
So please answer my question !

PS: When I try to download usrcheat.dat it downloads perfectly but I can't use the cheats.

Your going to have to be more specific what cart are you using. where are you downloading said cheat file from?

What do you mean you cant use the cheats? Can you access the cheats menu (Game.Y. Cheats?)
Or does the menu simply not appear?
Have you selected the cheat database in the Settings?

I have an acekard2i and I try to update cheat.xml with the wi-fi update stuff.
The usrcheat doesn't work because it just won't appear.
In my settings I have selected the cheat.xml but if I select usrcheat.dat I get the cheats that are in cheats.xml too.
If you know a site where I can download the cheat.xml from 09-16-09 thank u very much !
