Firmware: - CFW under atmosphere - Latest version of the console

Problem: For several months now, I have this error code that appears ... I cannot access the eshop as well as update the games. However, I can update the firmware ..

Question: Am i banned? Does my console have a problem? Do you have solutions to correct this problem?
