error code:2002-4364

hi all, new here to ask a question.
I was playing Tears of the Kingdom, and somehow appeal the Tesla module, and I try to explore it and appeared the error code.
Error code: 2002-4364(0x221802)
program:0100000000000039
firmware:16.0.2(atmo 1.5.1)
it's a emuMMC system.

now I can not access to the system, here are some Things i did and tried:
1. updated atmosphere and hetake and also tried with clean folders from both, also tried to delete atmosphere/contents
2. can not access to the recovery
3. copy everything and change the sd format from exfat to fat32
4. use nxnandmanager to try to refresh some nca related to sdb (seems its the program of 0100000000000039), and it do not appear the error code and stuck in the Nintendo logo.

I did not save any achieve of the games in the system, are there any ways to rescue this emunand ?

I have the same issue on 16.0.3.
I kid u not, loaned it to my cousin and got it back with a torn screen and this error :>
