Hacking Error Code: 2001-0123 (0xf601) after updating emuMMC to 11.0.1 (Atmosphere 0.16.2)

I updated my sysMMC to 11.0.1, then dumped and updated my emuMMC with the daybreak method. I overwrote all my atmosphere and hekate stuff with the latest downloaded versions, and got the latest sigpatches from gbatemp. Injecting with fusee-primary.bin, I get to the emuMMC menu, but after a few seconds or if I try and boot into any game, I get this:

Error Code: 2001-0123 (0xf601)
Program: 430000000000000B
Firmware: 11.0.1 (Atmosphere 0.16.2-master-1085ccbe)

Anyone know what I'm missing here?
