error code 199-9999

I have haxchi on my wii u and had the cold boot install where my wii u will automatically enter haxchi after turning on wii u

I'm now getting the 199-9999 error when clicking on homebrew or any pirated games. How ever if I click haxchi from the wii u screen before turning on the wii u I don't get the error or if I click the "! don't touch me" icon the wii u reloads with homebrew working.

I believe I got this error from super mario maker playing online with disc (not pirated)

anyways, is there a quick fix to have cbhc up and running again?

You somehow lost coldboot (system update?). Now you have two options:

• Restore colboot. This is not recommendet but you do it by
  • Launch the DO NOT TOUCH App
  • Launch HBL
  • Run CBHC Setup
• Install Tiramisu:
  • Uninstall the DO NOT TOUCH app (this is save as long as coldboot is disabled)
  • Follow https://wiiu.hacks.guide/#/tiramisu/sd-preparation
