Hacking Error code 014-0016 from transfer?

Trying to transfer a NNID to my main system that runs arm9, but the main system keeps giving this error code on "built in software" part of transfer. I read another post was to format the main system and it will work after, though would arm9 still be installed if I were to format? Could I start decrypt9 payload after format and transfer to extract NNID then restore NAND backup then inject?

Pictures? For what? I just get that error code when transferring on step "Built in software"

Thank you, just formatted. Going to launch decrypt9 and extract NNID save and restore NAND before format. Hopefully it works out.
