Hacking error code 003 0399

thread title, mh 4u gives me this error code when i try to go online, it asks me to accept the terms of service which i do and then it goes for that error.
for some information im using a jap 3ds xl with a EU m4 u injected with my japanese pkmn ORAS header.
any help please?

You use Rom patcher to inject the header right?

Just open your patched ROM and fill it in like I did in this screenshot and click Apply. For Cart ID you just copy the header that it shows above it as long as you already imported one. Hopefully this chip ID works for you, this is what I am using for my MH4U

yeah tried that just now and no go, i heard something about a config.cia SDK tool to change the EULA to FF;FF but havent seen any tool or something like that even if i google scearch

Hm, don't know then. Maybe a different ROM would work.

finally got it to work with the devkit, could play and connect online but when i go to get the mh4 dlc *starter pack* it gives me a new error 030 3537...any one knows what this is?
