Hello, good afternoon.
So I bought a second hand PSVita model 1003, and it came with 2 games and a 4gb memory card.
For the last few days I've been playing uncharted and at certain points an error occurs saying "An error has occurred. The PS Vita system will be powered off.‘ Then I switch the console back on and go to settings and it says ’C2-14185-9 error (‘A problem occurred the last time this system was used, and it did not power off correctly.’). I'm very worried because it's frustrating and makes me a bit sad. I've tried using another 8gb card, formatted it and also formatted the console, but it always happens.

Ps: my psvita is not hacked, and the cards are original and I have everything up to date.

Any help would be appreciated!:)

Thanks for the reply, but I don’t think that’s my case since the games I bought are usually from Europe :c

Honestly idk, maybe you should ask in other forums or here in the tech section if there is one, I honestly don't know. Good Luck.

If your Vita is not hacked and the device crashed during the initial set up process after a restore, then you're almost certainly looking at hardware failure. Possibly a cracked join in the circuitry, given that the issue comes and goes.
In the past, I have ask a phone repairman to reflow most of the main PCB of my Vita and the issue is gone for nearly 2 years and it just came back lasst year.
