I've installed a lot of games using the Wii U USB Helper program just fine. I've even installed a couple Japanese ones no problem. However, this one game seems to be causing an error. It's "Taiko no Tatsujin Atsumete Tomodachi Daisakusen", which seemed to download fine but when I try to copy it to my Wii U, I get the error "The remote server returned an error: (550) File unavailable (e.g., file not found, no access)" for the game, its update, and the DLC. I think the issue might be with the Wii U, but I don't know what exactly the issue is or how to fix it. I have successfully downloaded and installed games before and after attempting to install this game.

Game 2,103 GB
Update v16 53,805 MB
DLC 512,159 MB

WiiU SD Card plugged into the PC Card Reader.

Download ok
Transferred with the WiiU Helper
(Ticked the Box "Copy to SD" on the Bottom on the "Download Manager" Screen) to SD Card - ok.
Never used an other Option (for direct Connection to the Wii U),sorry.😉

I think you mean the Transfer Tool Method.I will have a look on it.

Oops, yeah, I forgot to mention I was using the transfer tool on the Wii U. I didn't realize that you could move the files to the SD card directly, not through WiFi- I'll have to try that. Thanks!

EDIT: Yeah, that worked. Thanks!
I am glad to hear,you got it.😉👌

I have tried the Transfer Tool Method....
A little instable and slow.....and I have used wired LAN Connection....but maybe because I am using Tiramisu ?
But you do not need an extra Installer for the Games.👌

So,no not for me,I am happy with the SD Card Transfer Solution.🤣
