error -4100 while installing wads

I'm trying to install the patched versions of the Today and Tomorrow Channel and the Internet Channel provided by the RiiConnect24 patcher. Both of them failed, giving a -4100 error. I'm using YAWM ModMii edition to install these on a PAL Wii. Can someone say what does this error has to say? And what do I do?

Looks like it was never available for T&T. At least not successfully
