Hacking error -116

I am using the following guide to install all the necessary apps on my wii.

I have installed the HBC, the Wad Manager in Homebrew Channel and install IOS16-64-v257-prod.wad
Next I installed the Custom WM in Homebrew Channel and install cios_fix.wad
When I try to load the IOS Downgrader in Homebrew Channel, it gives me an error -116. The same thing happens with I try to load the cIOS Downgrader in Homebrew channel.

I currently have 3.1U firmware. What am I doing wrong?

If you get error -116 it means it can't find internet connection

I have same issue. My internet is working fine with internet channel but could not Initialize network while trying to IOS downgrade from. 3.4U to 3.2. Any help will be great.

maybe your signal is too weak to support the IOS Downrader to work..!!

That was a known problem with it. move the wii closer to the wifi source and it should work.
