Hacking Error 03 and openwii remedy

hi guys and girls i got unlucky and i have updated my korean wii hence i got error 03 unauthorized blah blah blah , i've searched and i think i found the cure for it but there is a thing i need a mochip to perform the swap disc method since its rare and pricey i decided to make one with openwii , the guy has a repository in github but, it only provides source code and the guide in it doesnt help much to a hex file to my atmega8l chiip i have an old d2b disc drive and the openwii is more than enough for me but i cant compile the code he has provided thus im stucked , any of you have any idea where can i find the hex file or how to compile his make file ?
