Hacking error 003 & firmware 4.3

Is possible to fix error 003 with a game disc with firmware 4.3?How?

seeing as there is no game disc with it, no.

And the only way to fix would be to use a disc with 4.3K and update with it, restoring Wii to Korean, and probably semi-bricking it in the process (but still, that's better than error 003, right?)
