I installed the newest CFW on my New 3DS XL, New 3DS, and Old 3DS XL (which all have the newest update), and noticed that on all of them, whenever I try to run Mario Kart 7, Kid Icarus Uprising, or Mario Party Top 100, I get an ErrDisp screen like in the first picture below (loading Kid Icarus). In addition to that; Zelda LBW, Samus Returns, Persona Q, Professor Layton vs. Phoenix Wright, and Smash get stuck on a black screen. I installed all these games through FBI with cias. I tried to import the seeds for each game in FBI>Titles>Game>Import Seed but that would give an error like the one in the second picture. I also tried visiting their pages on the eShop to get the seeds with no luck, and I noticed that I get a black screen even when loading Zelda LBW off my cartridge. I already checked to make sure it wasn't a problem with where I got the cias by trying different sources. If anyone knows what I could be doing wrong your help is appreciated!

Here's offline seed importing with FBI, hydroseed, and seeddb.bin split into DAT files.
Ok so I haven't tried your solution yet, partly because I didn't really understand how to do it (is there a good tutorial for that btw?), but mainly because I realized that I might have messed up and gotten bad cias. I noticed that the games I listed all say 'Region: Unknown' (though PLvsPW says 'Region Free'), so I thought that was the problem because of botik's reply. I went out of my way to get a Metroid cia specifically with a North American region, and when I did that I was finally able to import its seed, but it still got stuck on a black screen. I also wanted to clarify, if a game gets stuck on a black screen does it even need a seed or is that another problem?
EDIT: I did try using gm9 to get the seed for Metroid before installing it, but it didn't load despite the seed installing fine. Also, is it possible for the SD cards that come with the system to be fake? Because the New 3DS XL is using that one.

Well, I think I messed something up pretty bad, I uninstalled the cfw from my New 3DS because I had none of these problems on the New 2DS XL I just got, but now I have a new problem, so I'll post a new thread about it.
