Hacking EOS Plugin Arrangement

I've had my DSTwo for a while, but something has always bothered me..
I can't seem to control how the plugins are arranged in the EOS..
Will I have to get an alternative like iMenu to arrange them or is there something I'm missing?

The order is probably saved in some settings file.
See what settings files are there, back them up, and delete them from the SD card then put on the plugins in the order you want.
