Hacking EOS not recognizing cheats for translated nds roms.

The cheats work on normal games, but all of my translated games like Fire Emblem: Shin Monshou no Nazo - Hikari to Kage no Eiyuu, Soma Bringer, and SaGa 2/3 will not have their cheats recognized.

So is there a way I can fix this? Is there something I need to change in the usrcheat.dat file?

Open the cheat file with R4CCE, look for the game folder that have the codes and where the ID is displayed click on "..." and select your ROM file. Save the changes and exit. (At least is what I remember)
