Hacking Emunand without Gateway

Hello
I successfully downgraded my new3ds to 9.2.
I'm now trying to make a Emunand. I placed the Launcher.dat from the gateway pack at the root of my micro sd card.
Everytime I try to load the go.gateway website nothing happens. I just see the loading screen.
Does anyone know why?

Use gateway homebrew

What exactly do you mean? A gateway launcher for the homebrew loader?

Yes. download the latest gateway release and install gateway loader homebrew.
load homebrew launcher and run gateway homebrew.
