Homebrew EmuNAND without DS profile or Internet?

I wanna be able to access it without those two. Is there anything i'm missing? DS Profile behaves normally and doesn't boot anything. Sorry if this is answered elsewhere.

Coldboot using themehax

menuhax + rxtools etc.. download the payload and put it on your sd instead of downloading it from the net during install or w/e.

Other than coldboot, you can use the rxtools 3dsx to launch from the homebrew menu
