First, replace reinand with luma found here https://github.com/AuroraWright/Luma3DS/releases
Just replace the arm9loaderhax.bin you have with this one.
Then launch emunand and update!

Just use system settings to update like you would on an unmodded 3DS.

You should upgrade to a a9lh setup with cfw on the sysnand.It can take about 3hours to transfer your emunand over but it's definitely worth it.
