Hacking emuNAND transfer

Hi guys

If you take a copy of the emuNAND from an EU N3DS and inject it into the emuNAND of JP N3DS using emuNAND tools...would it work?

I'm guessing it would fall flat because there would be problems with regional firmware inconsistencies, but thought I would pose the question!
