Hi, where did you find emuNAND Tool version 1.1? or is it 1.0.1 that you are talking about?

does this mean that 1.0.3 is not dumping usable emunand.bin images? should we be using 1.0.1? thanks!

It's 1.0.1, 1.0.3 is dumping without problems, but for some reason it's not injecting back the backup, so we used 1.0.1 to restore the backup that was made using 1.0.3

thank you for the clarifications, and glad to hear the backups from 1.0.3 are ok, as i have backups from several N3DS units made with 1.0.3 and was wondering if the backups are garbage. lol

Can confirm, Just injected 1.0.3 backup from N3DS using 1.0.1. 1.0.1 and 1.0.3 both try to make a nand.bin file in every directory it sees while trying to select the nand to inject.

Program works where it counts.

1.0.3 works like a charm for me tho.....and i even switched my tf card after injecting the same emuNAND into them...aka upgrade tf card!

I keep getting a "Error(32) The process cannot use the file as it is being used by another process" error when trying to backup using 1.01 or 1.03 on Windows 10 x64, running as Administrator.

Same here. It's flagged as a Spursint.A. The program has injection functionality, which is commonly confused by anti-malware suites as trojans.

Add an exclusion for this program in Windows Defender.

I'm new about CFW but if I understand well with this tool I just need to extract the emunand of my old SD then, load it in the new SD?

This should be updated to work with the new emuNAND9 emunand creator tool. (https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-emunand9tool-open-source-emunand-formatter-manager.405921/)
The partition it creates is smaller iirc.

It works fine for me. I used it to make emunand backups of 9.9 and 10.3 emunand.
