OMG Thank you! I have that and I thought not having emuNAND was why BBM and Dev Menu crash as soon as I open them!

emuNAND shouldn’t be the issue here, I am not sure what the issue is without more more information. Personally though, I suggest switching to FBI because it does the same thing and is open source and properly supported
