Hacking EmuNand Tool doesn't work for me

EmuNand tool doesn't work for me.
I backed up EmuNand and tryied to inject SysNand backup to SD card (to test it, http://gbatemp.net/threads/check-nand-backup.387938 ), I booted EmuNand and black screen. Then I tried to restore the EmuNand backup aaaaand...... BLACK SCREEN!!!!!
This happened with my older 3DS (that bricked for other reasons) too.
I mean, why does this happen only to me?!?!?? I don't see anyone having these problems!
Is the NAND backup broken, is EmuNand tool broken or there are other problems?
Also, I have unlinked EmuNand and SysNand. Does that matter?​

What version is your sysNAND and emuNAND? Also what are you using to launch emuNAND? (Gateway, MT-Card, rxTools) and what version?

Both SysNand and EmuNand are 6.3, I use GW 3.2.1

GUESS WHAT?!?!?! It was the SD card reader. A @#@#@#@ fake chinese SD card reader that damages files. Because of that I broke a 3DS because of a corrupted NAND backup! Now I have a new one and it works flawlessly! Stupid chinese tecnology....

I have had problems with several of them. The one on my HP printer was acting flakey and causing me fits when I first set up my gateway.
