Looking for recommendations for emulators for nintendo systems on my hacked 3ds. Is retroarch any good? Or should I use standalone ones?

standalones typically run better in my experience. However PSX games run surprisingly well through a retroarch forwarder.
I use and like Retroarch. I like having all the retro games accesible from one app, and the fact I can add thumbnails (Covers, screenshots) and game details of each rom thru Retroarch. Also easy to use cheats.
