So far ive tried running a few emulators on my SC SD rumble but to no avail! Ive done a search here and found nothing on the subject. Can anyone advise me as to wether its possible? Thanks in advance

Nope. It doesn't have the RAM necessary to play GBA games, therefore no homebrew either.

You should be able to run emulators and homebrew, just not ones that require the GBA ram. I don't know it there is a dldi driver for the rumble though. Even if there isn't, emus that let you pack roms into the .nds file (nesDS for example) should work.
