ROM Hack emuand and drag here help

i have searched this prior to making this thread

but I still cant figure whats going on

I have my emunand.bin
I go to drag into the "drag emunand here" batch file
cmd pops up but all I get is access denied

ive tried changing permissions for everything thinking it was my computer
but I tried it on another computer and I get the same results..access denied

any one have any idea?

There's no reason to have created a new thread. Your question would be better asked in the thread that the creator of the video made.
