I hit stop part way through a write and the program froze. I reclogged into my PC and now the program wont open. I think the data is corrupt and I dunno how to fix this.

NVM. I got it working by replugging it.

The official program for this is really flaky. I personally use the linux flasher as it is much more stable.

Would that fix the weird Pokemon saving issue I'm having when I load the game into GB Tower without a Mega Memory Card in the Transfer Pak?

The "Fix" on that website makes it so Pokémon won't load in the GB Tower
I do have that flasher menu, I think I couldn't get it to work so I've been using the regular one. If I can get it working I might see if saving works properly without Mega Memory Card, I don't see how Mozilla's flasher would fix the issue, but I also don't see how Mega Memory Card would fix it either and it does.
