So, now back to Topic: Someone who will make this cannel with my files...? Maybe Sonic DX? This would be great... :yaynds:

No problem, glad to hear you got it sorted

You should downgrade to 3.2 and install starfall patches, with your modchip, your safe as houses

Yeah, let's see if I will downgrade...basically I'm happy with 3.3

Oh, and GeeXBox is a funny, buggy app...it gives me also a Read-Error if I don't lock my SD-Card...lol

Why doesn't someone want to make this channel?...Please...this shouldn't take much time...

I don't know spacejump, maybe.....
Someone may pick it up, but may as well be happy with what you've got

I would really like to see it happen, since blue put so much effort in making his banner and the sound (even bricked his Wii because of this...)

lol, he certainly did, at least he had a try, i tried but the tutorial is so complicated, doesn't help when tools aren't in English, all thought the tutorials is in detail, people still manage to F**k up when they have everything right.....hmm

Shame someone couldn't put together a tool that can take out the banners etc and you can re-pack into it easily, would help speed things up
smile.gif

also a tool that could test to make sure your sizes are correct.
smile.gif

Yeah, such a tool would be nice...
wink2.gif

Yeah, and I'm shure I've done everything right...maybe the Images were to big or something like that...because I'm 100% shure I've done everything right, like it was described in the Tutorial...

Wanna try again now that you know how to unbrick

@SpaceJump: The Tutorial is in the Hacking-Selection, pinned...

But I won't do this again in the next time...belive me..it's horror...and takes hours

The only thing that I can do is to ask anotherone who already was able to make a Channel, to made one for me...let's see..

SpaceJump - Any progress been made with the DOL loader?

I will work on it in the next two days. Lately I didn't have much time because of my job. Are you able to inject the Generic Elf Forwarder into a channel, or anyone else? Me and djdynamite couldn't get it to work, which is strange, cause the generic version is the same as the Geexbox version besides loading another elf from another directory on the sd.

Yes i think i successfully injected Generic Elf Forwarder into a blank channel and it installed correctly.

Now i'm going to check if booting it actually works.

Please report back cause I get a Code Dump when launching the channel.

Thanks OSW. Guess what, your channel works with your elf, but idoesn't with the elf (Genplus) I use. This is strange cause the same Genplus elf works when I load the generic elf forwarder through the HBC (for testing). It seems the cause is the size of the forwarded.elf, when it's loaded by the channel. I will have to look at the memory allocation in the RAM.

For now OSW's wad/channel can be used for elf up to 2,5MB, which is the majority of all elfs

I'll add it to the first post.

EDIT: Anyone wanna make a simple banner for the generic elf/dol forwarder?
