You can't use both. You either have to use SDCafiine or HIDtoVPAD, but you cannot use both (something about RAM I think). One possible workaround is compiling your Smash 4 mods into an installable WUD using NUSPacker and installing it with a WUD installer. Then you do not need to run SDCafiine anymore since the mods will be packaged into an update. You only need to run HIDtoVPAD. I haven't tried it myself, but it should work in theory.
