EDM-030 BT/WiFI problem

Hi, I have one console with BT/WiFi module problem (this is that with only 3.3V) . When it came it only beeps and I've replaced BT/WiFi module. Then console starts but with no Wi Fi function (BT was OK).
On the second try didn't turn off and again beep only. Tried with another chip (this is that with only 3.3V).

Power Sequence: 2039 = Setup FC for BTFW DL

The boot sequence go to 245mA and didn't want to go to 312mA like shoot be/.

I think may be have corrupted WiFi firmware or another hardware failure on the mainboard. WiFi firmware can not be downloaded to the chip.
Two questions:
1. Can I check the initialization process on the WiFi and how?
2. Can I check for corrupted Wi Fi firmware and how?

UPDATE: I don't know that BTFW DL means Bluetooth firmware or boot firmware? The console sometimes initialized good and working, but if I left it for an hour doesn't turn on again and beeps. I've replaced SB but same situation. The old BT/WiFi chip from this console working and initializing on the other EDM-030 mainboard.
