I've been trying to edit the banner textures for a game, and |I was able to export the texture as a png just fine using Ohana. However I can't import it again, so I tried importing the texture using EFE instead, but when I clicked "Save" I got an error... Is there any way to properly import a png to replace a texture in a game's banner?

This is the error EFE gives me:
An error occured while trying to save:
System.NotImplementedException: The method or operation is not implemented.
at _3DS.NintendoWare.GFX.CMDL.Write(EndianBinaryWriter, er,
CGFXWriterContext c)
at _3DS.NintendoWare.GFX.CGFX.DATA.Write(EndianBinaryWriter, er,
CGFXWriterContext c)
at _3DS.NintendoWare.GFX.CGFX.Write()
at EveryFileExplorer.Form1.SaveFile(Object sender, EventArgs e)

Ohana just doesn't do anything at all.

Well, in Ohana3DS I can (the Old, not Rebirth), why not you?
What's the problem and what kind of textures are you re-importing?
Screenshots?

1. Ah, I'm using Rebirth. Any idea where I can downloadthe old version?
2. I'm trying to reimport the banner texture I exported as a 256x128 png file.
3. I'd take a screenshot, but nothing happens (no error messages or anything) when I try it with Ohana. With EFE, the modified texture pops up, but when I try and save it as a bcmdl file it gives me the error in the post above.
