Hacking eBay Stores

Ok, this is the situation. Curently I'm looking to buy a Honeyee shell from eBay, the thing is, I don't know which seller to pick.
Everyone pretty much has the same price (after shipping calculation) so I'm looking for the one with the most complete set (I hope they all bring the same amount of parts) and shipping quality.
Share your experiences with me, which one is better:

I'm actually looking for feedback on people that bought stuff from there, googling won't do much... one of the stores actually gives store credit to positive feedback so... I'm not relying on eBay feedback.

I was looking for some help on ebay myself.

I'm not from USA, and I'm trying to buy a NDS online, since it's so much cheaper, but I'm having trouble with the buying...
Like, is there no place that accepts a paypal account without a credit card number?? >_<
Also, it's rare to find sellers who ship worldwide.
