EasyCap Capture card on DX

My buddy and i have been thinking of getting a capture card for a year now but after looking at some stores it seemed out of our price range. Luckly after searching DealExtreme and saw the EasyCAP for $8.87 USD. Every single time i think about buying something from DX i search the reviews and so far i liked what i heard. Except the fact that it doesnt work on some xbox 360 games such as call of duty. (no NTSC433 or PAL60) well this was a great letdown but wasn't confirmed. So i searched DX again for more capture cards and found another EasyCap for $10.91 USD and i wasnt too sure if it would work on Call of Duty titles, so i went and seached again. I found another white version of EZCAP for $20.42 which is affordable but would rather have the cheaper ones. Finally my question.... Can I have confirmation that the cheaper EasyCaps do NOT work with Call of Duty titles or the like? Will i have to buy the more expensive version? (white one) Or is there another cheap alternitive that works too?

I've never heard of the easycap not working with a specific game. My friend only has his black easycap and only records CoD gameplay from his 360. He has recorded CoD 1, CoD 4, MW2, and Black Ops using it. He didn't use the recording software it came with though. There is better recording software you can find online that may support what it supposedly doesn't.

Check the video below. It's (one of) my friend's channel. Everything by him (Manbearpig) is easycap quality except maybe one or two clips where he got somebody else to record it for him. Not sure he was able to get anybody to that for that montage though. Just some proof that it records CoD.

hmmm i looked on the internet more and the black one $9 and that model is a DC60 which wont record call of duty games in colour but the person is from the pal region so i still dunno. the DC60+ model is supposed to work on all games but i dont know which one is which.
