Is there any way to get through all the titles the Target Title Selector faster? I need to edit some of my saves but the titles are all the way at the back, and I don't want to have to scroll through the entire list everytime (it is fairly laggy).

You could edit the XML file of the save editor to look for only specific titles if you wanted to.

For example, RetroArch uses this:

Code:
<targets selectable="true">
    <!--   YouTube (USA)-->
    <title mediatype="1">00040000000B0F00</title>
    <!--   YouTube (Europe)-->
    <title mediatype="1">00040000000CCD00</title>
    <!--   YouTube (Japan)-->
    <title mediatype="1">00040000000D3000</title>

Why does Retroarch need all that?

Why does Retroarch need all that?

Only FBA full and MAME do, but it's because of how the hax payloads work. The hax payloads hijack Download Play, which has a very small amount of room for code to be injected (like 2 megabytes). MAME and FBA are like 10 or 20, and thus we have to use Youtube/MH4U/Smash, since they're a lot larger. It's not an issue with the CIA builds though.
